Online Returns

Full-priced or Promotional Event purchases

We are happy to provide a refund, credit voucher or exchange on any full-priced purchases including full-priced items purchased during promotional discount event, provided goods are returned in accordance with the conditions of return. Refunds are processed directly back to the original payment type and may take up to 3-5 days to be processed by your financial institution. In instances where your return invalidates the promotional terms and conditions of the original purchase, the promotional discount/offer will be voided and deducted from your return/refund value. Online orders paid using Afterpay/PayPal cannot be refunded in-store, however we will gladly offer an exchange or in-store credit voucher valid for 12 months.

If goods are purchased using a promotional offer or voucher, return of part or all of the order may forfeit the original terms of promotion and will be deducted from the refund amount. If you qualify for a gift with purchase and choose to return your purchased goods for a full refund your gift must also be returned, if you wish to keep this item, or if it has been used, the item will be charged to you at the original RRP.

Products Purchased On Sale

Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange, however we are happy to provide an online credit voucher valid for 12 months for online use only, provided goods are returned in accordance with the conditions of return. SALE items are identified by a SALE on product and category pages. Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for refund, credit, or exchange. Online sale items returned in-store can be exchanged only for equal value. See in-store returns policy for further details.


Please return your unwanted item/s, noting the style/size you wish to exchange on the returns form provided. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. We will notify you of your new order number via email once your exchange has been processed. Sale purchases, and orders delivering outside of Australia and New Zealand, cannot be exchanged unless returned in-store.

Running Bare does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. Please ensure the return is sent by trackable post as Running Bare is not responsible for goods lost/damaged in transit.

International returns

Return of items delivered outside of Australia and New Zealand must be made within 21 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on international returns. We recommend that you re-purchase the desired size/colour online and return the unwanted item to us for a refund or credit. Credit vouchers for purchases made in USD or GBP will be converted to AUD. Shipping costs, including duties or taxes levied by your country, cannot be reimbursed by Running Bare. Please contact your local Customs government department to recover these costs.
