In-Store Returns

Full-price or Promotional Event purchases

We are happy to provide a refund, credit voucher or exchange on any full-priced purchase including full-priced items purchased during promotional discount event, provided goods are returned in accordance with the conditions of return. Refunds are processed directly back to the original payment type and may take up to 3-5 days to be processed by your financial institution. In instances where your return invalidates the promotional terms and conditions of the original purchase, the promotional discount/offer will be voided and deducted from your return/refund value. Running Bare Online orders paid using Afterpay/PayPal cannot be refunded in-store, however an exchange or in-store credit voucher valid for 12 months can be issued.

If goods are purchased using a promotional offer or voucher, return of part or all of the order may forfeit the original terms of promotion and will be deducted from the refund amount. If you qualify for a gift with purchase and choose to return your purchased goods for a full refund your gift must also be returned, if you wish to keep this item, or if it has been used, the item will be charged to you at the original RRP.

Products Purchased On Sale

Sale items are not eligible for refund, however we are happy to provide an exchange, provided goods are returned in accordance with the conditions of return. Online orders returned in-store can only receive an exchange.


Exchanges can be made for equal value in accordance with our conditions of return.
