Returns Policy

Love it or return it! At Running Bare, we are happy to offer in-store or online returns on full-priced items including full-priced items purchased using a promotional discount if returned in accordance with the conditions of return outlined below. Returns policy may vary between online and in-store purchases, refer to relevant policy for full details.

Conditions of Return

Items are returned in accordance with eligibility outlined below:

  • Tax invoice/in-store receipt as proof of purchase
  • Items are in their original condition, unused, with no sign of wear, and with all swing tags and hygiene stickers attached. Signs of wear includes, but not limited to: strong perfume, cigarette smells, or body odour; rips, tears, stains or pet hair; missing or damaged product tags. Seals on our wellness products must remain unbroken.
  • Terms and conditions of any promotional offers received at the time of purchase will be carried over.
  • Return made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items purchased from Running Bare retail boutiques must be returned in-store and cannot be returned to the online store.
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to their original place of purchase in accordance with their returns policy.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to you.

Running Bare does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item, please ensure the return is sent by trackable post as Running Bare is not responsible for goods lost/damaged in transit

Return Exclusions

  • Swimwear & underwear: must be tried on wearing full briefs and returns will only be accepted where the hygiene label and swing tags are still intact.
  • Running Bare Gift Cards, e-Gift Cards and e-vouchers are non-refundable (in partial or full amount paid) and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Pre-packaged gift boxes: cannot be returned.
  • Gift wrapping: non-refundable.


Running Bare prides itself on our superior quality products, and we want your experience to meet these expectations.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs (such as seams, stitching, fabric defects) within a reasonable time frame, subject to proof of purchase.

Personal wear and tear, damage by the customer is not considered manufacturing faults. Legitimate manufacturing flaws will generally become apparent within the first couple of wears. If you believe that a purchased item has a manufacturing fault, please contact our Customer Service team in-store or email [email protected] and provide the following information:

  • Your online Sales Order/Invoice number or in-store receipt/docket as Proof of purchase.
  • Photos of the full garment/product for identification and area of the issue.
  • Explanation of the issue.

Running Bare will only provide a pre-paid returns postage label for items deemed as faulty. However, we cannot reimburse postage costs paid to a third-party for return.
If an item is deemed to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. As part of our sustainability policy, if a garment is deemed to have a minor fault, we will prioritise a repair over offering a replacement.
Due to the intimate nature of garments, and the need to maintain health and hygiene for our staff, worn but faulty garments must be freshly laundered.
