Shipping within Australia

Domestic orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking notifications from Australia Post via email; changes to your order's shipping status are regularly updated and you can use the consignment number provided to track your parcel. Deliveries to a metropolitan address are normally received within 1-4 days, please allow up to a week for deliveries to regional areas. All parcels are sent with a Signature on Delivery requirement: goods must be received in person, and cannot be left unattended or authorised with Safe Drop. If you are not available to accept your order, it will be transferred to your local post office for collection. If your goods have not been received within the specified timelines, track your parcel, and if there are any further issues, contact our Customer Service team at [email protected]

Shipping within New Zealand

Orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse using Australia Post International and New Zealand Post services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed tracking advise from Australia Post. Changes to your order’s shipping status are regularly updated by Australia/NZ Post, and you can check order status using your consignment number. Deliveries are normally received within 1-7 days, and must be received in person in order to ensure safe and secure receipt of goods. If you are not available to receive your order a notice will be left to arrange re-delivery at a more suitable date. All freight charges are stated in Australian dollars and do not include New Zealand duties or customs charges.

International Shipping

Orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse through our nominated international courier and require a signature on delivery. If there is no one available to accept delivery of the goods a notice will be left to arrange re-delivery at a more suitable date: please ensure that you include a daytime contact number so that arrangements can be made. In the event that a customer cannot be contacted within a period of 10 days to arrange re-delivery, goods will be shipped back to Running Bare and the order will be refunded minus return re-shipping costs. When shopping in local currencies, product prices and shipping fees are flat rates and do not include overseas duties, taxes or other customs charges. Any additional duties and taxes imposed by the country of delivery are the responsibility of the customer, these payments will be charged by the freight/customs agency on delivery.
