1. The promoter is Running Bare Pty Ltd, Unit 1-2-26-34 Dunning Ave, Rosebery NSW, 2018, ABN 78118811779 ( ‘Us’, ‘We’ and ‘Our’). We will facilitate the fulfilment and management of the prizes.
2. The promotion is open to Australian residents, 18 years of age and older. The promotion is a game of chance. To be eligible to win the prize you must sign-up via our homepage, Facebook/Instagram link.
3. The promotion commences 29^th September 2024 and ends 10^th October 2024.
4. This is a game of chance and the winner will be randomly selected by Running Bare Pty Ltd in its absolute discretion. Running Bare’s discretion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified via direct message and must then provide their postal address, full name & contact number within 48 hours of notification. We accept no responsibility for unread, undelivered or incorrectly provided email or telephone information.
5. The total prize pool has the total value AUD$1000. Winner will receive one (1x) $1000 Running Bare gift voucher. Prizes cannot be refunded, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or sold.
