MY PROMOTIONAL CODE HASN'T WORKED, WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS?
Firstly, please ensure that the code is being entered into the ‘promo code’ field, not ‘gift code’ field.  If your code still isn't working check the terms and conditions associated with the voucher:
  • Does your purchase meet the minimum spend (excludes shipping)
  • Does the voucher require you to be logged in as a member.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

In Australia your order will be delivered via Australia Post – Express Post. Deliveries to a metropolitan address are normally 1-4 days, please allow up to a week for deliveries to regional areas. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You definitely can track your order & it’s very simple. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email from Australia Post with information regarding your parcel, inc.  tracking ID number and a link to the Australia post website.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?

We'll email you updates throughout the returns process but just in case, here's how it works: Once received, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.


WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Firstly, check your email address is entered correctly this can be done by checking your order history in the My Details section on the site, secondly ensure you check junk/ spam folders and, if found here, add Running Bare to the safe senders list. If you're still having troubles, contact our Customer Service team


HOW DO I KNOW WHICH OF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE AUSTRALIAN MADE?

Most of our performance styles are all made right here in Sydney, using Australian made fabrics. When browsing  products in our online store, you can see this information listed at the top of the page, underneath the garment price.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF A STYLE I HAVE ORDERED IS SOLD OUT?
We always make our best efforts to ensure all stock levels on the size are 100% accurate, however if an item is sold out we reserve the right to cancel the order, issue a refund or offer an exchange on the item for an equal amount. 


A STYLE/COLOUR/SIZE IS SOLD OUT, WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE?

WHY DID I RECEIVE A CREDIT VOUCHER AND NOT A REFUND?

Credit vouchers are issued when the item that has been returned was purchased on sale. All full priced items can be exchanged or refunded. For more details on RB exchange, refunds & credit notes please click here


HOW DO I RETURN GOODS?

At RB we have a 'LOVE it or return it no-fuss’ returns policy.  On receiving your order, try on all your purchases within 7-14 days. Please leave all tickets and hygiene stickers on the garment. If you wish to return an item that you have purchased, fill in the Returns Form and send this in with your invoice & goods to: PO Box 305 Rosebery NSW 1445 Australia.


HOW DO I JOIN THE RB VIP CLUB?

If you haven’t joined our RB VIP club as yet,  click here , to register your details or select the option in the checkout when finalising your purchase. Be sure to fill in your date of birth to receive a special treat on your Birthday.


HOW DO I JOIN THE BIRTHDAY CLUB?
We LOVE giving birthday treats & to be a part of the Running Bare Birthday Club all you need to do is log in to your account and update your date of birth in the My Details page.



HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?
Simply log in to your account and click into the My Details link at the top right corner of the Home Page. Once details have been changed click the submit button to update. 


HOW SECURE IS SHOPPING ON YOUR SITE?

Running Bare uses SSL protocol to ensure your online purchases are 100% secure. The SSL certificate encrypts personal information whilst it is being transmitted through the internet to ensure your details are kept secure. When shopping on the Running Bare site you will notice a padlock icon will appear when you click through to the checkout pages in the address bar of your internet browser to show that the connection is secure.
