RETURNS POLICY

 

We want you to love our Running Bare products as much as we love designing them for you! If you are not happy with any of your Running Bare/ Rival Swim items please let us know.

 

IN-STORE

If you change your mind about an item purchased from any of our Running Bare Retail stores simply return it to any Running Bare Retail store within 14 days and we will happily offer an exchange or credit voucher equal to the purchase value of the item(s) as per the below policy.

Afterpay Purchases: Unfortunately we are unable to process returns on orders purchased using Afterpay all orders must be returned via post for online processing.

Change of Mind

Change of mind purchases can be returned to your local Running Bare retail store: items must be returned in their original condition, with no sign of wear, and with all swing tickets, tags, and hygiene stickers intact and attached. Please retain your Running Bare receipt, as this proof of purchase will be required to process any returns.

If you wish to return an item that was purchased on sale, we will be happy to help you select an exchange to an equal value.

 

Faulty Items

If you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, please return it to the place of purchase as soon as possible, with your receipt. Our retail team are equipped to assess items in store, and if an item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly organize a repair, replacement or refund, at our discretion. Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault, and generally manufacturing faults will be apparent within the first couple of wears.

 

 

ONLINE RETURNS

If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with an item purchase at www.runningbare.com.au, simply return it to us within 14 days,  and we will happily provide an exchange, credit or refund, in accordance with the following policy.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with no sign of wear, and with all swing tags, and hygiene stickers intact and attached. Please complete the enclosed returns form and return with your item(s) and tax invoice to the address below. We recommend you return goods using trackable registered post, unfortunately Running Bare cannot accept any liability for goods returned by unregistered post.

We know sometimes sizing or styling can be tricky, so we are happy for you to return your online purchase to your local Running Bare retail store, for exchange or refund (in accordance with the below refund policy). Please ensure goods are packaged neatly, in their original condition, with no sign of wear, and with all swing tickets, and hygiene stickers intact and attached. Please retain your Running Bare order confirmation/ Invoice, as this proof of purchase will be required to process any returns.

 

Refunds

Running Bare are more than happy to refund any full priced item that is returned to us in accordance with the conditions below. Refunds are processed directly back to the account/card used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are incurred by the purchaser and are unfortunately non-refundable except in the instance that a product is deemed to be faulty.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on items purchased on sale, however we are happy to issue a credit voucher, or to assist you in selecting an exchange.

If you are returning garment delivered internationally, the full purchase value of the item will be refunded/ credited, however Running Bare cannot refund any duties or taxes levied by your country and incurred as a result of purchasing our products. Please contact your local Customs government department for details of how to recover these costs.

 

Exchanges

Running Bare will gladly assist you with exchanging garments for an alternative size or colour, where available. Please note that stock is limited and we may not always be able to provide the requested exchange. In this instance, we will contact you to arrange an exchange, credit, or refund in accordance with our refund policy. Due to the extended delivery times for international orders, we can only provide a refund or credit voucher. We recommend that you simply re-purchase the desired new size/colour online and return the originally purchased item to our warehouse for a refund/ credit. Some items sell out quickly and/or may have limited stocks in some sizes and we would hate for customers to miss out that special item.

 

Credit Vouchers

Running Bare will happily provide a credit voucher where requested, or in lieu of refund for sale items. Credit Vouchers are provided as E-Vouchers, with a unique code, which will be emailed directly to the email address used on your original order. Credit Vouchers are valid for 12 months, and can be redeemed at www.runningbare.com.au or in any Running Bare Retail store.

 

Faulty Garments

Running Bare prides itself on our superior quality products. If you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at returns@runningbare.com.au as soon as possible. Our quality control team will assess the garment, and if it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly organize a repair, replacement or refund, at our discretion. Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault, and generally manufacturing faults will be apparent within the first couple of wears. We will happily provide a means of return postage for faulty purchases.

Lay-by

We are happy to offer lay-by's on RB purchases in-store, and endeavour to make the purchase process as fuss free as possible. Lay-by's require a deposit of 20% of the total purchase value, and you have 4 weeks in order to complete payment of the goods. If for any reason you decide to cancel your lay-by, or if full payment is not made within the 4 week period, Running Bare will retain the 20% deposit amount as a cancellation fee, and the balance of any additional monies paid will be issued back to you as either a refund or store credit.
