In between working the camera with our new season threads, doe-eyed beauties Dani Bonnor and Joy Corrigan gave us the low-down on food, fitness, body confidence, and advice on how to stay motivated.

How do you start your day?

Coffee… obviously! And then I take the dog for a walk.

What do you have for breakfast?

Smoothie life!!

What’s your go to workout and why?

Depending on my mood. Lately I have been doing a lot of Pilates and yoga. Helps to keep balance and clear headed.

What’s on your workout playlist, right now?

KANYE!

What do you like to snack on?

Almonds

What does body confidence mean to you?

Happiness in your own skin. Being content with who you are.

You’re constantly in the spotlight, do you have any advice for other women on how to feel confident in your own skin?

Don’t take yourself too seriously. Always have a laugh at yourself!

Fav foods that are naughty?

Mexican!

Fave foods that are healthy?

Salmon!

Do you have any tips for staying motivated?

Focus on how good you will feel after your workout.

What’s the last thing you do before falling asleep?

Catch up on emails….. before your phone drops on your face and then you know you should probably go to bed.

How do you start your day?

Wake up, check email, drink a Matcha tea with coconut or almond milk. Oh and I always get up early enough to eat breakfast before work.

What do you have for breakfast?

Fruit & oatmeal

What’s your go to workout and why?

Boxing – because you sweat the most!

What’s on your workout playlist, right now?

Gangster rap – obviously.

What do you like to snack on?

Seaweed and rice cakes

What does body confidence mean to you?

Loving yourself!

You’re constantly in the spotlight, do you have any advice for other women on how to feel confident in your own skin?

Focus on self-improvement and don’t focus on negative thoughts.

Fav foods that are naughty?

Anything caramel… mainly caramel pop and ice-cream…actually caramel popcorn in ice-cream.

Fave foods that are healthy?

Vegan truffle lasagne!

Do you have any tips for staying motivated?

Always take small steps, consistency is key. And reward yourself, with shopping! Not naughty food.

What’s the last thing you do before falling asleep?

Drink a glass of water and moisturise!

How would you describe your workout style?

A mixture of cardio, low intensity and stretching! Always stretch!!

What’s in your fitness wardrobe?

Print on print!

How do you like to relax?
