Goods will be delivered via Australia Post – Express Post. Deliveries to a metropolitan address are normally 1-4 days please allow up to a week for deliveries to regional areas. All orders require a signature on delivery, we recommend delivering to an address where someone available during business hours to receive the goods. We will not take responsibility for orders requested to be left unattended.
Within New Zealand
A flat fee of $15.00 will be charged on all orders to New Zealand. Deliveries are made through our nominated courier and require a signature on delivery. If there is no one available to accept delivery of the goods a notice will be left to arrange re-delivery at a more suitable date. All freight charges are stated in Australia dollars and do not include New Zealand duties or custom charge.
International
A flat Fee of $35.00 will be charged on all international orders (except New Zealand) Deliveries are made through our nominated courier and require a signature on delivery. If there is no one available to accept delivery of the goods a notice will be left to arrange re-delivery at a more suitable date. We want you to love our Running Bare products as much as we love designing them for you! If you are not happy with any of your Running Bare/ Rival or Wahine items we are more than happy to refund, exchange or credit your purchase - no questions asked.
Here’s what you need to do….
On receiving your order, try on all your purchases within 7-14 days. Please leave all tickets and hygiene stickers on the garment.
If you wish to return an item that you have purchased, request a Merchandise Return Number by contacting our customer service department by e-mail sales@runningbare.com.au or phone (02) 9663 2111. Please state your order number and details of the item/s you wish to return and the new size if you require an exchange.

These run really large and come up very short. I’m a size 10-12 normally and I ordered the 10 and they nearly fall down. The material is also very thin and they are more like 3/4 track pants than the full length ones the picture leads you to believe
