Growing up, I trained as a dancer right from 4 years old! In my opinion, dancers are some of the fittest and technical athletes going around. It involves flexibility, endurance technique, strength, and gracefulness - I have never felt fitter when I was dancing full time. So when the Victoria's Secret Angels were all swearing by this new exercise craze called Barre - I just had to give it a go.
