WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Goods will be delivered via Australia Post – Express Post. Deliveries to a metropolitan address are normally 1-4 days please allow up to a week for deliveries to regional areas. We will not take responsibility for orders requested to be left unattended.

WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

A flat fee of $15.00 will be charged on all orders to New Zealand. Deliveries are made through our nominated courier and require a signature on delivery. If there is no one is available to except delivery of the goods a notice will be left to arrange re-delivery at a more suitable date. All freight charges are stated in Australia dollars and do not include New Zealand duties or custom charge.

INTERNATIONAL


A flat Fee of $20.00 will be charged on all international orders (except New Zealand) Deliveries are made through our nominated courier and require a signature on delivery. If there is no one is available to except delivery of the goods a notice will be left to arrange re-delivery at a more suitable date. All prices are in Australian dollars and do not include any overseas duties, taxes or other custom charges.
Running Bare does not take responsibility for deliveries to an incorrect address where the information has been entered incorrectly. 
 

 

Returns Policy   


We want you to love our Running Bare products as much as we love designing them for you! If you are not happy with any of your Running Bare/ Rival or Wahine items we are more than happy to refund, exchange or credit your purchase - no questions asked.

Here’s what you need to do….

On receiving your order, try on all your purchases within 7-14 days. Please leave all tickets and hygiene stickers on the garment.
If you wish to return an item that you have purchased, request a Merchandise Return Number by contacting our customer service department by e-mail sales@runningbare.com.au or phone (61) 2 9663 2111. Please state your order number and details of the item/s you wish to return and the new size if you require an exchange.

REFUND 

All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the conditions below will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card, with the exception of:

  • Sale items. We are happy to issue a credit note or an exchange on these styles, but no refunds will apply.
  • The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty.
Please note Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be refunded to Australian purchasers however Running Bare is not responsible for the refund of duties or taxes levied by your country incurred as a result of purchasing our products. You may be able to recover these costs by directly contacting your local Customs government department

EXCHANGE 

We are more than happy to exchange a garment for an alternate size, if we have it available. If we do not have the required size an alternate style, refund or credit will be offered. Items that are considered faulty are those that are received in a damaged condition. Wear and tear to a product is not a sign that the item is faulty.

 

CONDITIONS 

  • All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all tags attached and in original condition. If your item shows any evidence of wear (includes, but is not limited to, strong perfume or cigarette smells, rips, tears, stains, bent or damaged product tags) it will be returned to you and your refund voided.
  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. 21 days for all international orders.
  • Unfortunately Running Bare cannot accept any liability for goods returned by unregistered post.
