Customers submitting an order online at www.runningbare.com.au agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions as outlined by Running Bare Australia PTY LTD. Running Bare reserves the rights to make changes to the website and the terms outlined below at any times.  

LIABILITY
Running Bare will not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this site.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS                     
The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify our Customer Service Team immediately. Goods may be returned providing the garments are unworn in their original condition with swing tickets still attached. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

PRICING
Depending on your location prices are displayed in either Australian Dollars (AUD) or Pounds Stirling (GBP) and include GST and Vat charges. Running Bare reserves the right to change prices at any time.

SECURITY

Shopping on the Running Bare site is safe and secure protected with a 128 bit SSL certificate. This ensures that all information is protected by a bank grade encryption. We do not hold any credit card details within our system and will at no time disclose any of your personal data to any person under any circumstances. For your personal security refunds will only be applied back to the form of payment used for the original purchase.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS
On successfully placing an order online, an automated email confirmation will be sent your nominated email address. The confirmation includes reference no, address details and a summary of your order. Please contact Customer Service immediately if there are any discrepancies or you would like to make any changes to your order. Most orders are despatched the same day so we cannot guarantee changes to orders already processed.  If you haven’t received a confirmation please check your spam and junk inboxes before contacting Customer Service.

Running Bare has the right to refuse or cancel any orders received and issue a refund back to your original form of payment.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Running Bare will not be responsible for incorrect delivery details being entered on the order. A order confirmation is emailed to your email address on receipt of the order. This includes both the billing and shipping address details. Please contact our Customer Service immediately if this information is incorrect. In most cases orders are dispatched the same day as they are received so we cannot guarantee that details can be updated, if there is a delay in contacting us.
 
ORDER CANCELLATONS

Running Bare will provide a cancellation on orders that have not yet been despatched with a refund being issued to the payment method used to purchase the goods. If an order has already been despatched goods can be returned for a full refund, at the cost to the customer.

MISPRINTS
If an incorrect price or incorrect information is displayed Running Bare shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that style at any time.

SPECIAL OFFERS / PROMOTIONAL CODES
From time to time we offer promotional discounts and special offers online and in-store. Some promotions may be exclusive to online and/or in-store which will be noted in the terms and conditions. To redeem an offer online the promotional code where applicable must be entered on the checkout page. A successful code will apply the discount or free gift with purchase to the order summary. Please note that a voucher cannot be used on sale items and will appear on the order at nil value. Please note that all promotions are automated and we cannot take responsibility for an order where the code has not been applied at the time of purchase. In the event an order is returned that has qualified for a special promotion or discount the discounted amount will be deducted from your refund and gift purchase must be returned with the goods. If an order is received back without the gift with purchase the retail amount of this item will be deducted from the refund. If you wish to keep your gift with purchase we are more than happy to provide an exchange on credit note on your purchase.

LOYALTY CARDS
To reward our RBVIP’s we will send you a loyalty card with your first purchase online or in-store which entitles you to 10% off all future full priced orders. To apply your discount simply present your card in-store or enter the code online featured on the front of your card.  Loyalty cards are not transferrable and remain the property of Running Bare PTY LTD we reserve the rights to cancel membership at any time if a membership is fraudulent. Loyalty cards are only applicable to memberships within Australia and New Zealand. Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately if your card is lost or stolen.
 
GIFT VOUCHERS
Running Bare Gift Vouchers can be purchased online and in-store. In-store vouchers may be used in-store at any of the Running Bare retail stores add link to store locations. Online Gift Vouchers are only available in AUD$ and can only be redeemed in AUD$.
 
Running Bare Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and non refundable. If a voucher is not used in its entirety a new voucher will be emailed to you with the balance. All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the original purchase date. Running Bare will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen vouchers. Only one gift voucher can be used per transaction. Promotional vouchers codes cannot be used when purchasing a gift voucher.
